Retaliation N12 at 54 Blackfriar Ave

New owner bought the 5 unit building June 2020 and problems started right away, he paid way too much for the house and expected all of us to move out after making it extremely hostile to live there. I filed a T1, T2 and T3 against the landlord in late 2020. The day my lease was up in March, the landlord issued a N12 even though there was an empty unit in the building and he had scared off another tenant and put his dad in it. This N12 is in retaliation for exercising my rights as well as he wants to live there for a year, then rent it out for twice the price, meanwhile I will be homeless because of his greed. He has shut off the heating and hot water as of March, put up a dozen security cameras, and took away our access to laundry. He is a monster and I will have to put my life savings into fighting this N12 to hopefully stay a bit longer. I can only hope I get a competent adjudicator, if they grant my eviction I will be applying for a review.
