No N12 served only thru text message

There was no N12 served to us, i only become a member of this group recently so i wasn't really aware of the process. The landlord sent us a text message to notify us to move out in two months as he is selling the house. We were fortunate enough to find a convenient location and so we moved out without being aware of our rights. Thanks to this group serving all valuable and helpful information
