Filed L2 prior to giving N12

Issued an n12 on June 16th In the evening.

On June 16th prior to giving the n12 to me, he filed an L2. Essentially making this defective based on filing the L2 prior to Giving me the N12.

He also sent it to the wrong address, I never received the papers until the tribunal date, i called and got this information on the phone so i was present at the date scheduled.

L2 was dismissed
