Bad faith N12

Received an N12 Dec 2020, dated for April 15, 2021. When moving out April 2021, LL asked us to sign to give them permission to sell, and offered $5000. We said no, asked for 1yr in rent return (they refused with no further negotiations). They had their child stay there for 1 year, then rented it out for $3900/m (we were paying $2400/m) in June 2022.
