Fought 2 previous n12s on this property regarding personal use of landlord, final n12 was for purchasers own use. LTB ordered the eviction for July 31, 2019 and we moved out by that time. Downstairs neighbour was also evicted for June 30, 2019. (2 unit house)

As of January 2020, we have found my unit for rent on kijiji with the rent doubled.

felt the initial n12s looked like bad faith because the property management had emailed us saying the owner was considering moving his daughter into one of his units. If we took a 100$ increase on rent, we could sign a new lease. When we refused to respond to the illegal increase, we started receiving a series of eviction notices.
