I got N12 after we argue about the next rent increase. Her request was over the legal limit and I tried too many times to explain what is the proper way to notice me and what is the legal guideline. But she didn't hear me at all and asked me to move out cause she will move in. And I told her there is also a proper way to notice termination which is N12. And she finally sent me N12. I know I didn't even need to explain her about this and I know that she was in bad faith. But I just decided to move out this month cause I am so tired of her over this endless arguing. But I know that this could be a good opportunity for her but not for me. So, I want to report her if she got a new tenant after I leave. Not only for compensation but for fairness.
