86 Purdon Drive, apartment 1

My landlord had previously issued an N12 to the tenants in apartment 3, claiming family was moving in. The tenants moved but his family members never moved in. He rented the apartment for more money to non-relatives.

I received my N12 a week ago. The landlord claims he needs the unit for his daughter. I don't think this is true. I intend to fight it. I had already been threatened with eviction by the Landlord over the winter. He doesn't like me since I stand up for my rights as a tenant. He also doesn't repair or maintain his property properly. I suspect he intends to illegally make my bachelor apartment into a 1 bedroom and charge more money for the apartment.
