June 201 - August 2018
LL wants illegal rent increase of 150.00/mth. Tenant will not pay. LL threatens eviction. Lies about tribunal hearing, there was not one filed.
Maintenance issues ongoing problem, leaks, mice, minimal snow and ice removal.
February 2019 - Tenant slip and fall on ice on driveway, calls By-law 311 - put in complaint.
Landlord threatens eviction again because tenant is stressing her out, does not want to deal with tenant's bull##it anymore, is not a f##ing slave and to get out.
LL slaps N11 on door of unit, next day slaps (with tape) to the front door again N12 this time for personal use. LL lives in her own home behind the rental house (2 houses on same property), has no children, no spouse, does not have any use for rental unit other than to get new tenants who will do as she says and pay her what she wants.
