LL  has stolen our property, broken into our apartment at least twice, on one occasion even threw an industrial lighting fixture down a flight of stairs at me, her boyfriend assulted my boyfriend, we have had to call the police about 5 times now and 1 ambulance, dozens of “health and safety inspections” so they are called but really it is just spying, we have been served 3 times with a N12, hired paralegals, had 1 court hearing with LTB and won, (had to go through hundreds of text messages and emails which were conveniently hacked and removed from 3 phones and 2 laptops, no maintenance repairs, Internet service taken away twice now, replaced own oven hood, LL tried to have the fire marshal and bylaw officials evict us, now the washer/dryer is broken for months and the 2 REASONS WE ARE BEING EVICTED:

1. We are DISABLED!!

(Never asked for accommodations or anything, just money she owes me to leave)

2. Her son and girlfriend want to move into our apartment so they can have some privacy. 

That’s it. Otherwise she will sell the house. 

Police say to move out but I don’t have the money and therefore be in a homeless shelter and they think that’s perfectly fine! Many officers that we called, to protect us from her, said that to 2 disabled tenants on ODSP. We get food from the food bank, what more do they want? Today she approached my boyfriend and asked when we are moving. She said how much we are hated by the entire neighbourhood and was swearing at him while he tried to fix a broken lawnmower so we could sell it. We need a restraining order but that won’t help when you see the messages she posted to Facebook requesting others to give her any information on us to help her evict us.   The story just keeps going and every conversation was sent via text message that I printed out when I noticed them disappearing or being altered. Can’t prove it....yet. I will though.
