I was verbally evicted a year ago because I exercised my rights as a tenant due to an illegal increase of rent from $1450 to $21-2300, Then I got my 1st N12. Went to the tribunal and won, by the end of September I got a fake N12 no name or date just the form and a photocopy of my LL signature. End of October I got my 3rd N12 with a hearing date in February. My LL wants to turn the house I’ve lived here with my 3 kids for almost 7 years, into a student rooming house.
