Landlord Tried to evict me in April 2017 with an N12, but I won that case at LTB, he had lame excuse  He then came back with another N12 in May  He said he wanted my bachelor apartment (only apartment in 10 room, rooming house) for himself, he lived above me in 2 bedroom apt. Never the less I made him give me $1500 to moved out with the option to sue,  if he lied. He lied and rented apartment the following month for more money. I didn't take him to court as I got very sick and was in the hospital for several months I was going to sue for $6, 000 Parkdale Legal  Services said I had a very good case and could have won, pity.
