53 Delaney Cres N12

The landlord served us with an email stating her intent to move into our unit July 1. We didn't respond (this was April 28). April 29 she emailed us an N12. We were going out of town on April 30 (she knew this). We still didn't reply to the email. April 30 our neighbours saw her drop off the N12 in our mailbox (knowing we were out of town).

We ended up giving her an N9 to terminate by May 30 so we could move out early.
