Informed by LL that he would be issuing an N12 due to a marital separation. Stated that he would be moving into the one bedroom apartment upstairs and that his wife and two children would move into our two bedroom unit. N12 received April 30, 2018 for a move out date of June 30, 2018. In an email he stating that he and his father in law would slowly be transitioning into the one bedroom apartment in May and that his wife would be moving in August 1st, 2018 after a month in the Ukraine. N12 was completed in wife's name however lease was signed in husband's name. We have never met or corresponded with the spouse.
