37 Bristol Ave - N12

Was warned by LL that divorce proceedings would mean a N12 for personal use would likely come soon.  Found a new lease before N12 was served, but LL wouldn't end the tenancy early and along 1 month's compensation like a N12 would include.  Decided to wait for N12, then had trouble finding another new lease that was affordable/comparable afterwards.  Stayed past N12 end date while searching, and endured constant harassment from LL to leave.

Have since learned that property is listed for sale within 1 year of N12 being issued.
