December 17th we were informed by our landlord that due to financial hardship he was required to sell the house we had been renting for the past 11 years. The house was put on the market February 4th 2020. After 2 days we were told the house sold and the new owner intends to move in. Our landlord served is with an N12 with a move out date of April 30th, on February 9th.
