New landlord who has a lease downstairs for the commercial space has just recently purchased the entire building which has 3 apts upstairs.

Everything was great with the old landlord but because of his age had decided to sell of his properties.Within 1 month of purchase he has served us all N12 for eviction and summons to LTB. stating his daughters are moving into the units. Whether this is true or not is open for investigation. The apts arnt in good shape mine is, for his upper class daughters to move in here.Its a rundown building needs renovating etc.
