We moved into the above property in August of 2017 with landlords living in China. On March 18, 2019 we received email notification of their intent to take possession in May. Our rent was due on the 20th of each month so the assumption was May 20th despite not getting a formal N12 till later. The official N12 was sent a week or so later and we responded with an N9 when we found a new property. Our official move out was May 1.
