Description
Recieived an N13 for repairs January of 2020. The downstairs unit of the duplex also received an N13. LTB dismissed it. No work listed on N13 was done. Before court for N13, we received an N12. Landlord withdrew and then reapplied in September of 2021. LTB ordered eviction to move in child for August 31, 2022.
