3323 Dundas St W, Unit #2 - N12

I refused an illegal rent increase in summer 2019, approximately 6 months later received an N12 on new years eve for personal use (landlords son moving in). I believe this eviction is in bad faith and they're already renovating the unit possibly to increase the rent with a new tenant... but I did not fight the eviction as the neighbouring hospital will soon be under construction/ expanding and I would likely move then anyway. The landlords are generally not familiar with the residential tenancies act or rental laws and communicating with them was extremely difficult. They purchased the property several years ago while I was already living there and were unhappy with my rental agreement they inherited from the previous owner. I moved out of my apartment of 5 years, now considering further action if/ when they fail to use the unit for personal use. Having trouble reaching anyone at the Landlord/ Tenant Board.
