Sold building empty of tenants illegally in spring 2015 after a long drawn out sale where little was communicated. Paid us off a couple months free rent. Rent was $1300 for half basement two bedroom with dining room, living room, kitchen, and laundry as well as parking and yard. Bad communication from sellers/buyer. Did not go to board, just felt lucky to have bargained anything. I regret it now because what they did was not legal.
