N12 issues in retaliation of T2/T6 combo filed by tenant.  LL claiming child is moving in.  Confirmed with his ex wife that it is untrue.  They are all married with kids and need more than a one bedroom.  They also have a second empty fully self contained apartment on the same property with the same amenities available to them.
