264 Strathmore Blvd, 1st floor

Our apartment was the the first floor of a house, with the basement and 2nd floor each being separate apartments. Our N-12 stated that the landlord himself (and no one else) would be be occupying our unit. The basement unit also received an N-12 on the same day, but we didn't see the details of it. However, the basement tenants moved out earlier than their eviction date and someone else moved in. This person appears to not be related to our landlord, and his name is not on our lease, but perhaps he's a co-owner of the house.

The 2nd floor tenants moved out on their own accord only 2 weeks after we received the N-12. A few weeks later, the new basement tenant and our landlord moved some of their belongings into there, but  did not move in themselves. It remains unoccupied.

We moved out on the eviction date and did not contest the eviction, despite the fishy circumstances.
