Good tenant for 4+ years. New owner illegally evicted (through text, he didn’t even know what an N12 was) and had their friend contractor estimate regular wear & tear damages at $600, assuming because I’m a young woman I wouldn’t question it or know better (my job required construction knowledge and it was some small scratches on the floor. second opinion was less than $200).
