2366 Usman Rd Pickering Ontario N12 Landlord and family member requires unit

Moved in property in June 2018 and landlord immediately begun harassing our family.  Verbally tried to evict us, would not set up the central air in the summer, conveyed total ignorance of the RTA laws and procedures etc. Landlord was brought to a hearing for harassment and a mediation occured. Landlord then told contractors working on the property they would do anything to evict us. Landlord a few months after the hearing told us they are selling the place and we would have to move. A N12 is issued after only living here for 9 months due to landlords family needs to move in
