2325 Central Park drive - n12 attempt without documentation

initially was emailed for an increase in rent above legal amount, when I responded saying I would agree but only to the legal allowed amount I got an email saying my lease would be terminated in 60 days because the landlords themself wanted to move in.

I responded saying if they wished to do that they needed to follow proper Chanels they said no they wanted to keep everything in their hands and wanted to meet with me.  I said until they are clean on what they want I have no need to discuss things further.

They didn’t respond for a month and now have just raised rent allowed amount. I personally believe they have done this several times to get people out and charge more as they own multiple units.
