Claimed their Daughter needs One bedroom unit on third floor Because she recently broke up with boyfriend of four years. Gave 60 days notice but asked if we could leave by end of June. We agreed and they paid the one month’s rent  required by law. Unit rent at time of leaving $946.50/month. They had not requested us to pay any utilities since taking possession of building at end of March
