Landlord claims they need to move into the house we rent, so we're being evicted for June 30th. We currently rent the whole house, the landlord intended to rent the basement as a separate unit once they move in. I informed them this would not be legal as we currently rent it, so LL has stated they no longer intend to rent the basement as a separate unit.
