Description
Landlord told us 5 months into our lease that he is selling unit. Landlord pressured us via texts and phone calls for nine months asking if we were leaving, if we found a place, changing his mind on selling, changing his mind again and now selling, etc. Tried to coerce us into signing N11 on Halloween night, gave us N12 instead. Hearing was January 2019; application was defective and dismissed. Second N12 delivered January 2019, hearing in February. Eviction granted.
