2052 Excalibir Way N12

After landlord trying to increase rent above legal guidelines, she says her 20 year old daughter will now live in the 3 bedroom townhouse. We ask for proper notice, but she comes back with an agreement to terminate (N11) instead of N12 to avoid compensation. We notify of the wrong form, and so she changes her words saying they have financial difficulties and will be selling the house. Still no N12 until a month later. It was an improper notice but we still look for a new place in case things go bad as we were expecting a new baby in 2 months time. Landlord asks for withdrawl of the eviction application at the hearing, only after we have already secured a new place to move.
