1914 Bloor St. West + N12

After trying to raise my rent early by an illegal amount, without the accompanying forms, my landlord issued an N12 stating that she intended to have her son move in. At the same time, another tenant in my building received an N12 stating that the landlord intended to move into her unit. We were both told by the LTB that we had no case unless we could conclusively prove the landlord did not intend to have her / immediate family occupy the units, so we moved out. Almost a year later, we were notified by an old neighbour that they rented the units to new people, at a higher rent.
