Landlord gave N12 claiming his son would be moving in. Son signed an affidavit. 14 months later and no one is residing in the home it is under renovation. Landlord claims tried to live there for 8 days but couldn't due to odor (mold in basement city order was given in 2017 to rectify). Landlord is claiming systemic damage to house as reason. Landlord failed to complete repairs for 15 yrs. Would threaten to sell everytime a repair was requested. Tenant was unfamiliar with RTA and feared loss of home so never fought it.
