Description
Landlord demanded a 40% increase in rent, when we declined, informed them of the illegality, and ask they go through proper procedure (even something on paper) they put the house up for sale and tried to coerce us into signing an N11. We ignored it as advised, and then received an invalid N12 which we again ignored. Now they've decided to take us to the LTB and have lied to the tribunal to obtain a hearing. Success in their continued efforts to force an eviction is yet to be determined.
