16 Edna Ave (second and third floor apartment)

The Landlord had threatened for over two years to evict whenever request for repairs were made. He lives in the unit below and has exclusive access to the thermostat and refused to heat the apartment properly during winters. N12 was served after our pipes froze and he was forced to properly heat the apartment for 2 days to thaw.

We chose not to fight the eviction because of ongoing hostility that would only escalate if we stayed.
