Landlord couple (a contractor and real eatate agent by trade) served us with an N12 for personal use of my unit by them and their school aged child. Based on their past behavior when we were their tenants, and the size/location of the unit vs. their home they currently own in Mississauga, we believe they do not intend to move in. We are keeping a close eye on real estate listings for the next few weeks.
