landlord ask for two rent increase over 100 each, I agree to first one then called lltb concerning the 2nd they advise to tell landlord this is illegal. Landlord served an n12 and the same rental trubunal agree to evict, I asked for 6 months, that was decline. To this day have yet to find anything else in my price range
