There are two units in this house (upstairs and downstairs).  The upstairs tenant has been violent against the basement tenants with ongoing harassment and threats.  The basement tenants requested the landlords take action and evict the upstairs tenant for interfering with the basement tenants reasonable enjoyment of the unit and the landlords responded by issuing and N12 notice to the basement tenants.  The police have been called 3 times to the home to address the upstairs tenants harassment but since he does the landlord job for them with maintaining the property, they show him a lot of preferential treatments.
