1-304 Carleton Avenue - N12 Personal Use for self

Managed by a well established property manager in Ottawa on behalf of the landlord.  I first was provided an email with a request for me to sign an N11.  When I did not sign, I was provided the 2007 version of the N12 and no offer of the one month's rent compensation.  When I involved a lawyer, a proper N12 and compensation was received.  When I submitted an N9, giving proper notice that I was invoking my right to end my tenancy with 10 days notice, as per the N12, I was asked to sign an N11 instead.
