My landlord has gave me an N12.  He says he is moving In here with his daughter who’s going into high school..   My belief is he wants me out so he can raise the rent as I pay under what going on rate is in this area.  I have been here for 5 years and never been a problem and have always paid on time.  My place is 450sq ft 1 bedroom so him and his daughter living here makes no sense.  I know he owns multiple properties across the city and has a rather large home already in the west end of the city.....  After having court at the Landlord and tenant board on Aug 20 it has been ruled that the case has been dismissed.
